Dr. Lewis M. Clark graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1992 and received his license to practice chiropractic in the state of Texas that same year. On August 3, 1992, Dr. Clark founded Clark Chiropractic & Wellness in Porter, TX, and practiced there until 2016, when he relocated his office to Kingwood, TX.
Dr. Clark is a firm believer in ongoing education. Therefore his graduation from chiropractic college was the beginning, not the end. Since that time, he has also become a certified chiropractic wellness practitioner through the International Chiropractic Association as well as being board certified in integrative medicine through the American Academy of Integrative Medicine. He is also a certified gluten practitioner. In addition to these certifications, Dr. Clark is a graduate of the American Functional Neurology Institute and is currently enrolled in the Carrick Institute of Functional Neurology.
Dr. Clark also continued his education in the realm of functional medicine, completing Dr. Datis Kharrazian’s courses through Apex Energetics, regarding functional blood chemistry analysis, which enables Dr. Clark to evaluate a person’s blood work on a functional level instead of just looking for obvious disease as most doctors do. He has also completed Dr. Kharrazian’s “Mastering the Thyroid” and “Mastering Blood Brain Chemistry” courses.
Currently Dr. Clark is attending functional neurology seminars and continues to study with other leaders in neurology and functional medicine through the Neuro Metabolic Super Group of doctors.
When Dr. Clark is not taking care of patients and studying, his greatest passion is serving his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is a member of East River Baptist Church in New Caney, TX, where he is an elder, youth leader and Sunday school teacher.
He greatly enjoys spending time with his family and working on their ranch in Cleveland, TX, where they raise grass-fed beef for those people who are interested in healthy eating.
Dr. Clark and his wife Rhonda have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. To find out more about Dr. Clark and his practice, contact our office.
