Ours is a family business with four generations living and working on the ranch. Integrity Meats is a division of Calvary Middle Cross Ranch, which is a family business and ministry of the Dr. Lewis Clark family. Integrity Meats is pleased to announce its second offering of its grass-fed beef.

At Middle Cross Ranch we have been enjoying some beautiful weather; however, with the cooler days and nights, that also means that winter will soon be upon us. Therefore during this time of the year, we reduce our herd by 10 -20%. This will allow some excellent opportunities that are not normally available for our customers.

We strive to keep our herd elite; therefore every year we eliminate 10-20% of our mama cows so that we can keep only the very best and to make room for our upcoming heifers that will be mamas next year. All these cows had a calf this year and are completely healthy, but are not going to be kept for breeding. As always, at Integrity Meats, we promise grass fed and completely grass finished. Also, we promise no hormones or drugs. And lastly, we provide a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with any meat from Integrity Meats, we will buy back any uneaten portion of meat at the cost minus 10% restocking fee. It will be available for pickup at the butcher or at Clark Chiropractic and Wellness on the appointed day. Also delivery is available for a $30 fee within 30 miles of our office.

Deposits may be paid by check, credit card, or cash. The balance of the cost will be due upon delivery of the meat. Payments can be made to Dr. Lewis Clark and mailed to:
