Rhonda’s Dairy Free Fudge
Rhonda recommends Enjoy Life chips in this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (11.25 oz) sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 3/4 heaping cup chopped pecans
- 3 and 3/4 cups dairy free dark chocolate chips.
Directions:
Melt on very low heat the milk, oil, and chocolate chips. Remove from heat and stir in the other ingredients. Chill for 3 hours in a 9 x 9 pan lined with greased wax paper.
