Oatmeal Banana Bars Recipe
Oatmeal Banana Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ripe mashed banana
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour blend
- 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup gluten free quick oats
- 1 cup raisins
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 x 8 baking pan.
- Whisk together the banana, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, and egg, until blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, and raisins.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until combined.
- Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
