Rhonda’s Monkey Smoothie

You’ll go bananas for this delicious, nutritious smoothie!! Enjoy it for breakfast or lunch, or even a refreshing snack!

Ingredients:

1/2 can of full fat coconut milk

1 cup of almond milk (More or less depending on desired consistency)

1/4 cup cashew butter

1 scoop of Protein Powder (We recommend Warrior Blend, available for purchase at our office)

1/2 banana

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 Tbsp. MCT or coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend and enjoy!!
