For this quick and easy recipe you’ll need the following ingredients:


1 scoop of high quality protein powder. Rhonda is using Warrior Blend, available for purchase at our office!

1 tsp. ground flax seed

1 full can of full-fat coconut milk

1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

dash of cinnamon

1/2 avocado

small handful of frozen strawberries

large handful of fresh spinach
