1 cup ripe mashed banana
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup gluten free flour blend
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup gluten free quick oats
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 x 8 baking pan.
Whisk together the banana, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, and egg, until blended.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, and raisins.
Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until combined.
Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
